Sellers Fees:
Only Members can post and sell property through the US Auction Advantage website. Initial Fee for Set up, training and certification is $249 per person. Monthly access is $19.99 for unlimited posting for members.
Bidders/Buyers Fees:
Membership for Bidders and Buyers is FREE.
US Auction Advantage charges a Buyers Premium for all Real Property Sold on website This fee is paid by the buyer at close of escrow as a closing cost and is not included in the purchase price. The Buyers Premium can vary from listing to listing so you must read the individual terms and conditions for each auction to know the buyers’ premium you will pay through escrow. Any fees associated with Bidder/Buyer will be processed through escrow and will not be charged through the US Auction Advantage website. Any non-performance or no sale fees attributed to a Bidder/Buyer will be paid directly to US Auction Advantage via cashiers check or certified funds and will not be charged to any Bidder/Buyer credit card. |
